The teacher works with learners to create environments that support individual and collaborative learning, positive social interaction, active engagement in learning, and self motivation.
- The teacher is the main role to create the classroom environment. A positive and productive classroom environment can have a huge impact on student learning success.

- To create a positive and active learning classroom to increase students' motivation of learning.

- The goal requires me to always thinking of positive and self emotion control as well. In addition, vivid class education activity is essential to meet the goal. It also requires time consuming to searching an activity ideas and prepare time but I believe all time spending on preparation would be worthy it.

- I insert my teaching content into different activities to motivate students to learning while having fun.

- I love being positive to students. I indeed believe that positive attitude towards to students works much better than negative in classroom management. There were few times I was influenced too much by certain poor behavior students and I forgot to being positive, I noticed that the day was harder than other days. I love to smile to students even I cam correcting their behavior because I believe students would know from my smile that I love them so I correct them. Time goes super fast with a positive learning classroom.
- I have tons of activities that I insert my teaching material in. I always call them "games" and students will be excited if they hear I say we are playing a game. It is really time consuming for a new teacher as I need to keep search on other teachers' experience or activities and adjust time to fit into my classroom and teaching content. However, it is totally worthy it as I can see students' interest on these games and how their academic performance increased at the same time. As a teacher, this is a happiest thing to see the win-win happens.
